What kind of problem are you having? On my last bill, it only allowed me to use 1 token towards my bill, yet i talked with another member, and they said if you hit it a few times, it will register another 1.00 toward your bill. But i haven’t tried that yet.

I paid yesterday and used enough to reduce my tab by a buck and had no problem. I don’t have enough built up to do more. When I have had more I used the same procedure and had no problem. Maybe it is the vaunted ghost. I’d try again.
