Adding a credit or debit card information problem.

I just logged in and got a message telling [URL removed]

“We noticed that you don’t currently have an active credit card on file, and we’d appreciate it if you would please take a moment to update your credit card information.”

For some reason there is now no credit card information on file on my account anymore but, there was. I’ve had this account since 09/13/12 and the last card added doesn’t expire until 8/17. When I tried to add it again Bonanza is saying there was some kind of error. I’ve tried other cards but get the same error message. What the heck! I believe this interfering with my sales. How can I get the card information back on file. HELP!!!

Yes, I’ve gotten that also. I wonder what’s going on over there. I don’t like where this site is heading. Not much is being done to line our pockets, only theirs.

You booth is online and Your items are visible.

There are sometimes different technical problems here, e.g. with updating listings, adding new items, etc., so maybe it’s one of these days.

Since Your card is still valid and if You are not planning to buy today anything, maybe it would be better to wait one day to see, if it will be OK again.

I think, despite this message appearing after logging in, You should still be able to work in Your booth. Check on “Batch edit items”, “Add and edit items”, etc.

Hopefully, it shouldn’t interfere with You sales, but it’s only my guess, so, if this problem persists, then B. support should help You to solve it.

The exact same thing happened to me. Bonanza kept saying my card was expired, and it wasn’t. I had to go to my bank with the notice from bonanza, and there is some kind of number the person at my bank called, there should be a number on the message from bonanza, and apparently my bank said the security site was not allowing my card to go thru on this particular site due to some some “site” issues that were insecure on bonanza. So they cleared it, and it happened again. So what i finally had to do was just use my paypal debit card, so far i have not had any issues with this card being on bonanza.
