How can I identify a makers mark on pottery?

I just cannot read what this says and would like to list this dish.

Richard Frideaux & Kay Hays Bynum ~ Thirty Five years together and as Design Complex. The Las Vegas Gambler and the Cherokee Potter have lived and worked in Rhode Island, New York City, Pennsylvania, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Kay Hays Bynum passed away in 2009-her obituary says her work has been featured in many national decorator magazines.

Ususlly the marks are on the bottom or on the side of the item. Reshearch whatever you find,. It could be a clue for a nice history behind the item.
