Who is the maker of silverplate items with this mark?

I’m doing a research to identify this maker of silverplate items. There is a crown over the crest and letters on each side that look like C? and Z? … Here is a photo

It looks a bit English, but hard to tell from just the photo. I usually go here when I am looking for a mark. They have a lot of marks here.

Good luck to you. And it looks like I and S to me on either side of the shield, I’m no expert but have looked up quite a few pieces in the last few years.

AMERICAN SILVER MARKS – UNIDENTIFIED (SILVERPLATE) So I’m still stuck :(
correction Silver by Sacks label is associated with that mark. My item is missing a label, but someone on eBay has listed an item with that C and S letter and a shield and crown mark.

all official hallmarks are registered with the assay office. Also try Birmingham and London assay offices. And the Honourable Guild of Silversmiths.

I have always found them helpful. It’s no use guessing. An ‘S’ is not a substitute for a ‘Z’. In hallmarking, a crest is a crest and not a hallmark. Generally speaking, letters in specific fonts denote specific years. They also have booklets physical) I don’t know about ebooks.
