I would like to continue to etch on silver, brass and copper using the electo-etch method. I have followed instructions found on the internet regarding circuit board electro-etching but must not have had the right equipment as it didn’t work for me. What is best equipment for connecting to the metal to be etched? A rectifier? A battery?

Hi Virginia,
I have a book that I listed in my store Katierene’s Collectible Treasures titled Etching, Engraving and Other Intaglio Printmaking Techniques. It might be something you are interested in. If you go to my store and look in the newest listed items it in on the second row.
Hope this helps, Katierene
