I recently purchased at a garage sale a 16 place settings of Orchard Ware, with red flowers and black brachs. It comes with milk/sugar/tea pot and serving plates. It is in excellent condition. I have tried to find some information regarding the whole sets but have been unable to. Would appreciate any information regarding the company and value.
Thank you.

Orchard Ware, also known as Hollywood Ware, was made in Calabasas, California! Orchard ware patterns were very similar to those being made by Franciscan Pottery at the time. The raised cherries and vines are hand painted with a beautiful red and lush green against a soft grey background. The short-lived pottery company lasted less than a decade, but managed to create some of the most beautiful dinner sets and accessories to come out of the pottery crazed era of the 1950’s.
