Well, with the fake lingzhi diet pills you gain weight and grow hair between your toes! So, for heaven’s sake—don’t take those fake pills!
However, if you really want to lose [URL removed] be more active and eat less and healthier foods! So, take a hike!*

*meant in a good way….be more active, get out and smell the roses!
