well ive actually repaired a top or 2 in my day for the neices and nephews..most have a wooden handle attached to a cork screwed piece of metal going down into the drive of the top..if this is the style u have u can remove the wooden portion of the handle taking care not to break it or wallow out the mounting hole on it..then find u a piece of pipe as close to the size of the cork screwed bar taking into account ur wanting a tight fit..then using the piece of pipe as a cheater bar slowly bend the bent bar back into line do it slowly as not to cause the bar any more undo stress if u do it too fast u can cause friction cracks and eventually it would snap off while being played with

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
