Hi. I could not tell the condition from your photos or your description. People do collect flatware of this type but it has to be in pristine condition. The stainless has to be shiny with not many rubs, scratches or dullness. The lucite has to also be near perfect with no scratches or sign of use. Check to make sure the lucite is securely attached to the stainless. From age and washing (esp. dishwasher washing) these sometimes are loose. If I get time I will try to look up the pattern number for you.
Good luck.

I am checking your flatware—check to see if there is a number on the back or behind the spoon, if company still in business, emailed or write n or caLL CHECK AREAS and they will- tell you, THAT IS THE BEST WAY..SISSY

I just searched replacements under Towle and found Towle Lucite.

These two look a lot like your pattern. FYI, Replacements lists a Knife, fork and 2 spoons for $38. If we add another $9 or $10 for the salad fork, we’re at $47. Anyone familiar with replacements would say that their prices are at least double reality. So I would say $25 at most for each 5-piece place setting plus another $15 for the 3 extra pieces you have. That brings us down to $90.
There isn’t much of this pattern out there and it’s a shame the 4th place setting is incomplete. My best estimate of the value of what you have is $75 to $90.
And please remember, all this is just my opinion. Best of luck.
