I know it’s hard to see but it looks like two Lions wearing a crown holding a shield between them. Just wondering about the date?

Hi, this mark looks like it was used after 1902.
Here is a link to a site that came originally from the Royal Bayreuth Collectors site. I removed the www so hopefully the link will not disappear.

Thanks so much! At least I know it’s 1902 or later. Looks like that site doesn’t know how long it was used. At least I know that much thanks to you!

Highly sought after by collectors. According to the antiques book I have, they are worth right much, the cheapest piece at $70.00 and the highest piece at $4000.00. The copyright date of the antiques book is 1994, so they are probably worth alot more.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
