Never mind, I went through the site, and your mark isn’t shown. It could be a maker’s mark or an importer’s mark for that matter.
Even though the referenced site above wasn’t fruitful today, it is nonetheless a good resource for many Japanese marks.

Thank for your help, all! That’s a great website with the Japanese backstamps, ZenGirl. Thanks! Also, I understand this mystery pattern was sold at Bloomingdales in the early 1990s. Here’s a picture of the pattern. Sorry if it’s big. I’m not sure I’m uploading the photos correctly!

I checked on Replacements..they do have some patterns listed under Bloomingdales but not this one.
If you can’t find the actual manufacturer, would make sure to reference “Bloomingdales” in the listing.
It’s a nice clean look that should attract a buyer! JMO
