I had a great aunt who collected many different kinds of beautiful glassware. I inherited this piece and some other paperweights when my mother died. I know NOTHING about collectible glassware, so need some help in how to search this out. I’m not really getting anywhere by just putting in hand blown paperweight ashtray. I think it is Murano glass but not positive. Not only am I looking for info on it, but a price to set it at. Thanks in advance for any info provided

Looks like St. Clair art glass to me….I googled St. Clair art glass ashtray and found a few.

I’ve sold a few of these over the years. I remember them being Joe Rice’s work with the St. Clair people – Tom, Bob, Joe and Maude St. Clair @ Elwood, IN.

You can find the ashtray on the Amazon. While you can also search it on google as well. I bought the ashtray for my desk in the company profile design agency in UAE ([URL removed] It was great and I bought it from the Amazon online store.
