Hi,
I posted this in General, but got suggestions to move it here. If I knew how I’d post a pic with this, but I’ve yet to learn how to do that – sorry.
“I’m new here and don’t know my way around too well yet. I have a necklace that I picked up a long time ago and could never figure out what it is. I’ve posted it [URL removed] [URL removed]
I’ve been checking with “experts†wherever I can find them, but I’m getting a lot of conflicting answers. It seems to be made of some kind of glass in two kinds of “beads†with three kinds of seeds set in metal (bronze?). If you have any ideas let me know. Or if you can point me toward any other experts, I’ll contact them, too. Thanx, Jan”

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
