Hi Everyone! Can someone help me? Just a little confused at the process, not sure if I did it correctly. I got my first order today and added shipping cost, previewed the invoice and I didn’t see the message I wrote to the buyer, or a PayPal button to pay. The invoice was updated with the totals correct. Is that normal, do all the invoices just have to price and shipping and no pay button? Thanks

All you have to do is go into your PayPal Merchant/ seller account and send a Due Bill (Request Money) and make sure to add the site, purchasing details for that invoice to them and PayPal sends off that Due Bill to collect payment via PP notification. If no response, then contact support and provide PP transaction ID# for them to file and research your transaction. Simple and easy.

You are sending an invoice to a buyer? I haven’t sent any invoices but I have been on the recieving end of them from paypal and when you get one there is an option that says pay now. Not sure about the sending part though

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
