I came across this tool recently and have been actively researching it. I’d like to know what it is. It makes me think of wool or yarn making tools, kind of like carders, yet it isn’t. I believe it to be hand made, and have it posted in my booth. I looked at Alilbirdy’s instructions to post a picture here but got lost. It’s in my booth [URL removed] [URL removed]

Found it online. It is a webbing stretcher for upholstry work.
Here is a quote from a website
