I have a Waterloo Sterling Silver Spoon I need help identifying. The engraving looks like the monument erected by the Duke of Netherlands after the Battle of Waterloo. There are 2 Hallmarks on the spoon, but can’t read/see what they are. If anyone knows anything or can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
