Man what happened to this site ever since Quincy got a hold of it, it became a ghost town! THere is no support here anymore, no new wonderful changes that he kept telling me they were gonna make to this site at least not any that would benefit any of us sellers! I also notice hardly anybody is even joining the site anymore! It’s really sad because This was a great option for alot of us who didnt want to sell on ebay or Esty anymore, but definitely not the case these days and then to get charged to list on a site that is dead there is just no justification for it! THis is clearly passive income for Quincy and he makes money off those who are still here and willing to pay!!!! Until things change for the better I see no reason to keep listing here!!!

In the spirit of Sears-Kmart, the site is a zombie corporation. Passive income diverted to other ends in the Walking Dead empire. All part of the evolution of a business from founder mentality to late venture capitalist asset stripping. At least Sears-Kmart had a huge real estate portfolio to plunder. Here dilute the brand, re-brand it, all the time depreciating the brand value – its only real asset. Bcareful where you wander in the bMarket tunnels or at least carry a big screwdriver bcause you might meet… lol

I don’t blame the owner for it. I think he bought the site at a time when ecommerce was going through so many changes that he just couldn’t keep up and didn’t have the money to fund the changes. I don’t blame him for the listing fees either because as sales fell, he had to gain revenue somehow, because this is a business that has to NOT lose money.
To be honest, the Bonanza model became rapidly outdated with apps like Poshmark and Mercari taking over the resale spaces, not to mention Facebook integrating payments and shipping. Makes it really hard to keep up now for a marketplace like this that doesn’t have the same kind of investor funding.
So to make a short story long, nobody is to blame for it. It’s just the reality of ecommerce right now.

Sad, havent had a sale in two months and still paying for Gold. Been on Bonanza for around 16 years and have 6 figure sales on other platforms. Unfortunately, I think it?s about time to say “Goodbye” to Bonanza. Was hoping things would turn around, but cant be paying for a site that doesnt produce.
