Need help identifiying these clown items

This was in a box I got at an auction, I really don’t know what it is. I asked a friend of mine and she said she had no idea but it looked like a perfume bottle to her. It has no markings and appears to be made out of glass. Any information is much appreciated.

This figurine was also in the same box. I can’t find it anywhere on the web. You may not be able to see it in the picture, but the back of his shoes read 377( I think) USA. Again any info is much appreciated.

The top one goes over a Christmas tree light (if the size is what I think it is).

thank you Nancy :) its about 2 inches tall and I think it may a bit heavy for that. I might just end up having to put mystery clown bottle, I asked yet another friend and they said it looked like an ink bottle sigh.

It wouldn’t be for ink, as that would spill all over. It does appear to be a cover for a small Xmas tree bulb. You should try & see if it fits. If it were older and porcelain, I would say a snuff bottle, but I don’t feel that it is that old. The figurine looks 1970s.
