I found this doll with a box of older Barbie dolls. She is the size of a Barbie doll but she is not one of them. Does any know who she is?

I think that the head is wrong for the body. It should be on a smaller body. What is she marked?

On her back “1968 Princess Grace Dolls, Inc. Hong Kong”.

I googled the description and found “Maddie Mod”.
