New Coupon Layout, Speedy Search
Last night’s site update included some changes to make our search faster and some enhancements to our coupon pages. You won’t be able to see the search changes, but you should certainly feel them as you use the site. In some large searches we took seconds off the time to get your results, smaller searches (that return fewer items) got speedier too, but didn't see the same reductions.
As for the coupon pages we introduced a new set of pages to allow potential buyers to shop coupons according to category. This shopping path is in addition to the previous offering which limited shoppers to shopping coupons that were newly created. We figure shoppers, in many cases, have a pretty good idea of what they are looking for so this offering should make it easier to accomplish their goals.
As you can see in the screenshot below shoppers can easily pick the category they are interested in and get an indication of how many sellers are participating. However, for the more deal-driven shopper, the old coupon layout still exists. We’ll continue to offer both paths to meet shopper needs.

Do you have to have a coupon for this feature, or will it also include booths with only a percentage off sale? If so, is there a cut off time or deadline to meet before being included in the sale for that day? Many thanks in advance. NMB
It pulls in coupons only. The day cut-off is midnight PST. You bet!
That’s great Alex…but what happens with those of us who have many different categories? Are we included under each of those?
If you have coupons in multiple categories then they should appear in each respective category.

Me, too, New Millenium Beatnik — I’d like, for example to set up a 25% off coupon on books, but I don’t want it to carry over to other items. I thought it was an all or nothing kind of deal?
@newmillenniumbeatnik @cshort0319, Currently if you publish a coupon on your booth the coupon will apply to all of your items. With the current format, a workaround would be to not publish the coupon code and include that code into the listing description of said item. The only time your items will be included on the coupon page above is when you publish your coupon.

When did we lose the ability to “hide this seller”? Did I miss the memo?
cool…however, did notice that got some coupons published several months to a year ago…checked a couple of those older ones and noticed seller had not logged on in over a month..or 2. Do they know that year old coupons are still active?
