Buyer purchased the item then asked for further authenticity information, essentially, holding the item until further details could be provided. When photos and information were provided with the request that the buyer confirm she REALLY was going to purchase the purse. I don't think it's unreasonable as a seller to ask the buyer to confirm that - especially when there were other interested buyers. Please refer to the below comments from buyers who purchased the items AFTER they asked questions and were confident about their purchase. I have no issues providing answers to questions, however, I don't think it's fair for a buyer to HOLD an item while still uncertain about the purchse, no? |
