Seller response:
After receiving the product the customer informed us that they wanted a printed product. We informed the customer that both in the item title and description of the item it states that our products are downloadable jpg images sent via email and that their order had been fulfilled. Customer tried to blackmail us with the threat of a bad review to send them a product we do not even offer.

Seller response:
We contacted the customer and there is no issue with the graphic. The customer just didn't know how to download it onto their ipad.

Customer received their product within 24 hours of purchase, as advertised. We have since resent it and the customer has confirmed they did receive it.

The customer thought the flag was two sided, but it is not advertised as so. We offered the customer a full refund, but he decided the product was acceptable and he kept it.

The customer's jpg was sent to the email provided to us by his paypal. The graphic was sent within 24 hours, but it was bounced back, as it was an invalid address. The customer provided us with the corrected address and it was sent again. The customer thought he was getting a png, when he ordered a jpg. We only offer this product as a jpg or pdf, as advertised.

Customers JPG was emailed within 24 hours, as stated. We are guessing that the email went into their Spam Folder, and they didn't know it was there. We sent several more emails without a response from the customer.

The customer ordered an emailed product which was delivered to the address they provided within 24 hours of purchase. Bonanza does not have a phone number, but you can always contact us via message. We did try contacting the customer after they left this review and they never responded to us. Perhaps they provided the wrong email address? We always will resolve any issue, as we want all of our customers to be happy :)

Customer did not pay attention to our production times. We reassured them that there items would be received in a timely manner. The customer did not believe us and started to leave us threatening messages. We no longer felt safe or comfortable fulfilling this order. Due to this we cancelled and completely refunded the order.

This was not an issue with the product. The JPG we sent was fine. The customer did not understand how to print the product. I have sent the customer a PDF file instead, and a link to a free graphics program that should make it easier to print. Sorry for the delay. We are trying to fix this to reflect a longer date. However, the Bonanza Bulk Edit tool isn't working, and I don't have enough time to go through 31,000 items and change individually. I am going to send a support request to Bonanza
