Seller response: I am very sorry for your disappointment. There are several other people who lost their items also and they did communicate with me asking how I would like feedback to be left. I told them that I would prefer a neutral because this situation was out of my hands. Please contact me before leaving a negative; I try very hard to go the extra mile for all of my customers and this is one situation I had no control over. Thank you for your understanding.
