Here's a prime example of what not to use feedback for. We never received any sort of contact message through Bonanza, or an email directly telling us that the order was not received. The only thing that indicated there was a problem was when I noticed our feedback was no longer 100%. I checked the tracking number over at USPS, and it indicated that the delivery eas succesful. It also showed that a notice was left at the residence, and it was received or picked up 6 days later. We take care of our clients, and would have done everything in our power to rectify the situation, if we had been notified in a timely manner.
