Hello, I sent you an email and explained that the listing was for one necklace and asked which one you were wanting but you never responded to the email. I'm sorry that I forgot about the purchase as it was the Holidays and i was extrememly busy with orders and my own Christmas activities and did not realize until now that your order was still open and i had not received a reply to the email I had sent. I even went through my messages to make sure i did not overlook a message and there are no replies to the message i sent asking which character you wanted. I apologize for the oversight on my part but clearly there was a issue with communication. I'm not sure why you just did not send me an email??? I do not cheat people nor am I a dishonest seller. I have sold many items on bonanza and you are the first person to ever make such a statement. I have refunded your account for the purchase you made.
