Seller response: Dear customer: I feel so sorry for that happen.It is my fault to miss your order.And our delivery staff will first feedback me the tracking number,then go to the warehouse to ship it.When I get the tracking number,I know the item will ship soon and inform you.But the Christmas season coming,orders are too much to make the mat out of stock. So sorry again for that happen.
