Very sorry for your concern. However, as you are well aware, the flimsy plastic wrap around the lid is NOT a tamper-proof seal. As you actually verified, BOTH units still had the actual tamper-proof seal in tact under the screws off caps, so no tampering or spoilage was evident. We offered to accept return of any unopened containers, but you never responded. Sorry. Thanks and God bless you! |

So sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction... This is a non-perishable product that is heat-pasteurized and then vacuum sealed into packets. The listing CLEARLY stated the date at least TWICE. Sorry if you missed it, but the product is perfectly safe and fresh, guaranteed for 1 year past the date and you paid the LOWEST price. Hope your sister enjoys it. God bless you! |

VERY sorry for your dissatisfaction. As you are fully aware, you ordered, I shipped and then you tried to cancel. Also, as I explained to you and verified with USPS, your address on Bonanza is lacking an apartment number, so even though it was ready to deliver within the time you demanded, it was "Undeliverable" by no fault of mine. You ordered 2 orders, so were NOT double-charged, but charged through the automated system EXACTLY for what you ordered. The reason you have not been refunded was also by your doing. You initiated a charge dispute, which I had to respond to. Since the product was in an unknown status at the time, I had to report that. Your bank and Stripe are completing their investigations and will respond to both of us, upon completion. I do not have the funds either. Very sorry. Special circumstances and beyond my control. Thanks and God bless you! |

You were refunded in full, but USPS verified that the package weighed the FULL WEIGHT of 6 units, so you are a LIAR! |
