Bonanaza's platform is not similar to others. I can not refund on the platform. I have attempted to provide a refund by Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle to which the BUYER REFUSES. I do not have another method to refund them as I do not have the card in-person. Please understand that if you order on Bonanza, you must be willing to accept refunds via other methods than the platform because that option is not available.
