1 star user feedback The advertising is deceiving. As a new chicken owner, I am unfamiliar with cost, size, etc. If I had seen a picture of the 10ml size, I would have not ordered such a small bottle. I would have looked for a larger size. Seller response: I am one person, not a corporation, and I strive to provide the best customer service I possibly can. I also try to be VERY clear in the product description, drop-down menu, title, AND photos, that what you receive is a 10ml bottle, not a 237ml jug. Even so, I contacted this buyer to try and work things out, but got no response. If a buyer has a problem with an order, I encourage them to contact me before leaving feedback. I offer free returns even in cases where the buyer made a mistake by not reading the description or looking at photos before they buy.
