Seller response: Your order didn't ship due to supply chain issues. Several text messages were sent to you that your order would be shipped as soon as the products arrived and they did ship same day that we recieved them. And you were sent a tracking number when your order shipped. And yes, our name brand products are found in many retail outlets because we use the same suppliers. That means quality. Our customer services is excellent and your review should be based on us and how we communicated and kept you informed. Not how the shipping was. We have no control over couriers.
