I understand buyer was disapointed to recieve the wrong size item, and I am not discounting that, however, it was an honest mistake not an intentional misrepresentation, buyer was offered same item in correct size, along with a discount, however I am out of the color and design that she ordered so it is understandable that she would not want that, she is getting a full refund including the shipping to mail item back to me. I think communication would have been better than just leaving negative feedback which leads other buyers to think it was intentional. She was very polite in the communication that she left after I told her she would get a full refund which was greatly appreciated.
