never contacted by buyer to try and resolve the situation... |

tracking shows items delivered (9400109699939725846440) and paypal ruled in my favor... now the case is reopened by buyers bank and is under review again, buyer admitted that the mail carrier delivered someone elses mail on the day that tracking shows it was delivered... the issue is with the mail carrier and he is the one that should be questioned... if the transaction is resolved in buyers favor he will get a refund from my account...
