The items were backordered and not available. We were unable guarantee delivery, so refunds were given immediately. An explanation note was sent with the refund via PayPal. No other communication was received from buyer. With current supply issues, we are not always able to fulfill orders immediately and instead will issue refunds. We don’t like being unable to fill orders, but in today’s supply chain issues and pandemic reality, it is now a part of on-line businesses. We always include reasons for the refund with the credit. |
