With over 1,000 sales on Etsy and a Star Seller rating, I thought I'd try Bonanza too in order to increase sales. I'm truly tired of the 'rat race'of outside employment, and am looking to grow my business well enough to retire and just do this. For that to happen, I've got to give great customer service and awesome items. My kitty Mini is on my side in this. In fact, it was her idea. She likes me being home more, and working from home affords her the luxury of keeping an eye on me at almost all times. Also, she's a great conversationalist.
I stress fast shipping and quality items. I hear my customers' comments and/or complaints. I do this because I understand buying from an unknown seller on line should be as smooth as walking into a store and buying an item in person. There should be no surprises.
With that in mind, I search the internet and try to be the lowest priced or match a low price online. I may not always be able to, but the effort is there.
So, when you shop with me, you get exactly what you order. I may throw a freebie in from time to time, but I don't use stock photos. What you see is what you get.
