Seller response: Sorry to hear you had a bad time. I watched it on my Fisher vcr and it played great. Try the manual tracking buttons on the front of your machine, not the remote. A head cleaning tape should also be used after every 25 tapes. If all else fails, try another machine, perhaps a friends deck.
