Seller response: Poster was being switched to a clearer, cleaner version of the same poster. Was in contact with the buyer within an hour of his complaint. The newer higher quality version was sent immediately to which I received a massage that he was very happy with the replacement poster. If you have any issues or problems with an order please contact me BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK! I usually respond to complaints within an hour or less and upon proof (a snapshot from your phone) of the damaged item will replace them at no charge to buyer.
