Absolute nightmare. Demanding different item after purchasing. Keep insisting that the item was purchased from a certain store, which is not true. According to our return policy all sales are final unless it does not match with picture and description. The item was 100% as described and pictured. So there is no return. He never returned the item but created a fake debit card and charged a refund with Paypal and UPS. Filed a false case with Paypal that the item was defective and not as described and demanding full refund including tax, shipping and Paypal and BONANZA fees. We will block him from any business dealing from our booth in future.
