Although quite late in responding, we feel we must. As explained to the buyer, the item was missing/removed without permission from the warehouse, and after a very diligent search, the funds returned to the buyer with an explanation. Just to be clear, Treasure-Trove-Unlimited refunded the buyer's payment, not PayPal, the vehicle for the refund. We apologized to the buyer, who apparently did not comprehend our explanation that the item was removed from our stock without our knowledge.
