Seller response: I just wanted to clarify, we are not a third party seller. We actually cut and drill, finish, fit and package all of our raised garden beds. Also, due to the corona virus we are working from home and many supplies that we rely on are harder to get so that we can keep going. I'm sorry that things did not go well for this customer. We are dedicated to producing a top quality product and great customer service.
