I will try to give the seller the benefit of the doubt due to the COVID crisis but communication could save them a lot of sales. I'm still not happy with the shipping cost though. This feedback has been edited. Details 1 star user feedback Never received order, seller doesn't respond at all. I've filed case with Paypal and they have been unable to reach the seller too. Still waiting for my refund from Paypal. In fact, don't buy from this website, Bonanza is a horrible.
