Seller response: Glad to hear your package arrived yet sad to hear of your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately we do not have a return / refund policy, and the essential oil was clearly labeled as 10ml bottle for Alopecia Areata. I could look into getting an exception for you, however you would have to ship it back to Jerusalem for us to consider providing a refund (excluding the shipping costs). Please contact us if you’d like me to proceed with obtaining the approval.
