Seller response: Item was delayed and damaged by the postal service. When I was notified by the post office, several days had past. I tried to find a replacement item which took time and was unsuccessful. I did refund buyer's money and it was delayed due to my trying to replace item for buyer. I did communicate with buyer but was not able to satisfy buyer at this point. It was a bad weather situation which did cause me to look bad but I did all I could
