Seller response: We are normally on top with our communications however this weekend we were shut down due to the snow event in Ga. We are located in Atlanta Ga and Friday's snow event caused us to shut down our operations and could not reopen on Saturday because of power outages. We did not have the ability to answer any emails over this weekend.
Buyer response: If you have ordered through this store you should contact paypal or amazon pay to start the refund process. This was my first and last transaction on bonanza I feel like I could of gotten better service from a craigslist vendor.
