First, I was NEVER rude. I was unfailingly polite, kind and professional. The listings were carefully described, with precise measurements. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the measurements given. Refunds on shipping are not given for fit issues. Also, buyer paid $14.00 shipping. (I combined at exact cost, and refunded the difference.) And, in a spirit of generosity, there WAS a partial refund of shipping for one item. I feel I was more than fair. I regret the buyer wasn't happy.
