Seller response: The delivery e-mail containing the activation code was sent within minutes. We offered to resend the delivery e-mail as the customer claimed to not have received it. Instead the customer opened a PayPal dispute which made it impossible to either resend the delivery e-mail or provide a refund. We had to wait for PayPal to intervene to provide an appropriate refund.
