Had Covid but was working with paypal on the issue that was on their end and a known problem. It is still not fixed and I didn't know their refund system was down. I'd refunded someone else from this site for an item sold in person locally without glitch. Was struck hard by Covid the 2nd week and was in hospital and then bedridden at home. Couldn't get up and didn't get online. He was a wonderful patient customer until I couldn't communicate due to illness. It's on paypal's end and they aren't allowed to send emails to explain.
