Seller response: Hello. We are very sorry about that and already ask the customer if he wants a refund or we can send a replacement and a discount. We will be happy to assis customer to make sure he is happy at the end.
Buyer response: The seller will only provide a full refund IF we change our feedback from positive to negative, which we will not do. There has been nothing at all positive about this experience. We have filed a BBB complaint and dispute through PayPal.
