Seller response: Buyer contacted us on Nov 13th in the afternoon and left negative feedback only 2 hours after contacting us beause she says "Bonanza told her to". Buyer received troubleshooting but stated machine was defective. Upon sending video we saw the buyer had the valve opened and was the reason the machine was not working but still wanted to return. SELLERS BEWARE WITH THIS BUYER!!
This feedback has been edited. Details 1 star user feedback Purchased a $360 coffee machine. Arrived Broken. I've contacted the seller twice asking how to return the machine and for a refund. I have been completely ignored.
