The Seller is lying. He sold me a fake jersey. I have pictures of the fake jersey that he sent me and pdf of the seller's Bonanza post. Please message me and I will send you pictures of the jersey that I recieved and the Bonanza post of what the jersey is supposed to look like so that you can make your own conclusion. The Seller won the dispute because he lied and said that the jersey was custom-made and paypal does not mediate custom made items as per their user agreement. I called paypal after this and they refunded my money completely because I told them that it was not custom made and that it was fake. I did not customize the jersey. I simply ordered a ryan callahan winter classic jersey extactly as described in the Seller's Bonanza post. Please message me so that you can see for yourself the fake jersey that I recieved. I have pictures and proof of everything so that you can see for yourself. I simply wanted the seller to provide me a return label so that I can return the item because it is not fair for me to pay return shipping on a fake jersey. I also have all the emails saved from this seller about this process, so I can send you those emails to so you can see that the Seller is the one that is lying. Buyer is making false claims and retaliating because she is wrong . Very hard buyer to deal with see comment caps, spelling, etc. Wanted to get the jersey for free. The jersey was and is 100% as represented and a great deal. But a full refund was still offered, she would not take it, buyer wanted the refund without returning the jersey. We agreed to a mediator and the buyer lost her case.
