Seller response: The buyer did not follow the download instructions and went to the free trial page in error,,Spoke with buyer on 5/31 and she stated the 30 day trial message is no longer there..It is highly likely after the 30days has expired that the LIFETIME code she has been provided with will allow for continued software activation..Buyer has also been provided with the toll free # for VIPRE support to ensure resolution as free VIPRE lifetimr support is included with purchase..Buyer asked to remain in contact until resolution obtained due to incorrect installation..As indicated in my account activity I have sold over 50 products and of course all are LIFETIME codes, not 1 yr or 30 day trials...
